  6.  To select a menu item, enter the highlighted letter or character, then
  7.  press ENTER.
  8.  
  9. ──────────────────────────────[ GAMES MENU ]────────────────────────────────
  10. Play Game(s)
  11.       Select one your existing games to play. A list of all your current 
  12.       games will be displayed. A --> flag will be placed beside a game where 
  13.       it is currently your move. Enter the game number in the field provided 
  14.       and press ENTER to play that game. The game board will be displayed
  15.       with the game selected.
  16.  
  17. Start Game(s)
  18.       Setup a new game so an opponent can join. This feature permits you
  19.       to setup games as White or Black. You can also designate an opponent
  20.       for this game. However the opponent has the opportunity to decline
  21.       the invitation. If the opponent declines, the game will be deleted.
  22.       This screen will show the remaining games that you can start. Once
  23.       this has been exceeded, you will not be permitted to start another
  24.       game, until you have completed one of your current games. To start
  25.       a new game, enter W (white) or B (black) then press ENTER. The 
  26.       cursor will then be placed in the opponent field. If you would prefer
  27.       a specific opponent, enter their name, then press ENTER. Leave this
  28.       field blank, then press ENTER, to leave the game in a state where
  29.       a player can join this game.

  31. Join a New Game(s)
  32.       Join an awaiting game. A listing of all games, awaiting an opponent
  33.       will be displayed. Enter the game number in the space provided and
  34.       press ENTER. Play this game by selecting the Play Game(s) from the
  35.       main menu.

  37. View any Game
  38.       View any game in progress. This option will display all games in
  39.       progress. Enter the game number to be viewed in the space provided
  40.       and press ENTER. The game board will be displayed.

  42. Online Game
  43.       This requires both players to select this option, that will be
  44.       playing. First, both players should start and join a game in
  45.       the normal procedure described above. After this has been completed,
  46.       both players need to select this option. A list of your games, as
  47.       in the Play Game(s) option, will be displayed. Select the game to
  48.       be played. You will then be taken to the game board. A notification
  49.       will be sent when your opponent also has arrived at the game board.
  50.       Play proceeds as normal. When 1 player exits, play ceases and a
  51.       message is displayed notifying the other player of the exit. The
  52.       game can be resumed either online, or regular play at a later time.

  54.       *NOTE->This feature is not available with the Single-Node and
  55.          NON-REGISTERED versions of ChessMagic.

  57. Game Inquiry
  58.       This feature permits you to inquire on current or historical games by
  59.       player, piece color, start date or ending date. You can then "mark"
  60.       these games for downloading the game(s) and viewing offline with your
  61.       favorite game editor. CMReader is an ideal companion to replay games
  62.       offline.

  66. Master Ratings
  67.       Displays a list, sorted in descending order, of player's ratings,
  68.       rating class, wins, losses, draws and win percentage. This includes
  69.       only "rated games".

  71. Whos Online
  72.       Displays a list of players currently connected to ChessMAGIC!.
  73.  
  74. Area Stats
  75.       Displays a list, sorted in descending order, of player's ratings
  76.       (rated areas only), rating class, wins, losses, draws and win 
  77.       percentage. This for the currently joined "game area" only.

  79. Game History
  80.       Displays a history of games completed showing game number, player
  81.       names, ratings, who won and the date completed for the current
  82.       selected "game area".

  88.       This screen.

  90. Information
  91.       Provides ordering and product information relating to ChessMAGIC!
  92.       and other KnightWare products.

  94. + Toggle Color
  95.       Toggles your color settings. It will cycle through 3 settings.
  96.       MONO (Black/White), COLOR and LAPTOP. CAUTION:If you set it to
  97.       LAPTOP the piece colors will have opposite colors.

  99. Design Playing Board
  100.       This feature permits you to custom design your board with
  101.       8 different fore/back ground colors. You can also select
  102.       a tiling pattern for the squares. High or normal intensity
  103.       can be selected. There is also a default setting to revert
  104.       back to.

  106. Select Game Area
  107.       This option permits you to select a different chess playing area,
  108.       if your Sysop has more than 1 area setup. Different areas could
  109.       consist of non-rated play, rated play, tournaments or team chess.
  110.       If you already know the "game area" number, you can access via
  111.       the short method by entering "An" where n = the game area number.
  112.       This premits you to bypass the "game area selection".
  113.  
  114. = Graphics
  115.       This option permits you to let ChessMAGIC! know that you're using
  116.       or not using CMCom, the ChessMAGIC! graphical interface. By 
  117.       setting this to ON, ChessMAGIC! will always check for the 
  118.       existence of CMCom when you enter the program. If you're not
  119.       using CMCom and have this to ON, a slight delay and a prompt
  120.       will be displayed when entering ChessMAGIC!.

  122. Exit to BBS
  123.       Entering Q or X, will exit you from ChessMAGIC! back to the BBS.

  126. ──────────────────────────────[ MENU STATS ]────────────────────────────────

  128.       The bottom box, on the main menu, contains certain stats. It provides
  129.       the player's name (and rating if in a rated game area), the total
  130.       number of wins,losses and draws for the current game area. The last
  131.       date you were in ChessMAGIC!, and the number of games where it is
  132.       your move, in the current game area.
